Privacy Statement

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, making research freely available to the public. This supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. To support the costs of publishing, peer review, platform maintenance, and long-term archiving, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC). The standard fee for publication is 150,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD), payable upon manuscript acceptance. This fee may be waived under certain circumstances, such as financial hardship. Requests for waivers or reductions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
